I have bought a good timer, "all" (pro) training apps.... And honestly I rarely use them. This app is simply but very useful (being very lazy :)). I can set the reps of an exercise, and not only the resting time... Like a PT screaming in your ears..

Some bad moments

This program does exactly what it says and thats what I needed. A program to count as I do stretches crunches whatever. Each number remembers the setting you give it which is great for me. Its been a couple of weeks and I love it so far.
This app is pretty nice. Helps me work out while watching TV not have to count. Love the adjustable rest periods and how fast the counter goes.
I don’t want to be distracted by an app during a workout. This app is very easy and quick to setup for each exercise, then it counts for me at the rate I want for the reps I want, with the rest I want between the sets I want. Simple. Effective.
I would only change one thing about this app... Please let me put labels! I want to know what exercise Im doing for each countdown. Instead of "1,2,3,4" please let me customize it so I can put "push ups/ sit ups/ squats" anything!! Other than that its perfect! Its nice and bright. Very simple. Helps me keep track!
This is exactly what I was looking for. Exercise can be boring and this counter app keeps my mind focused on what Im doing. I give it a 4. Customizable options would earn it a 5!
The app allows you to name the except use and add sets, reps and resting time. As a plus you can change the speed of reps when it counts. Different colors for each workout. Downside is that you cannot listen to music in the background while the app is running making your workouts boring if you rely on your iDevice to listen music while you workout. Another drawback is the limited amount of character that you can type when you name a workout.
